Phillip Rivers, the franchise star QB for the Chargers will not retire after Los Angeles let him walk in free agency after 16 seasons, and has chosen to sign with the Indianapolis Colts and mentor the young team, as well as young QB Jacoby Brisset. Personally, it will be awkward to see him in a different uniform but I like this decision, as he can start a new chapter in his long career and become a mentor here for the Colts. The deal is 1 year $25 million.
