The “New York Railriders” will have to fight through another injury.
The Yankees team plane is headed to the 3 day IL, due to mechanical issues that left it grounded in New York on Sunday night ,as the Yankees players prepared to take off to Baltimore, to face the Orioles in the beginning of a 4 game series at Camden Yards.
Luckily, the Yankees team bus came to the recuse, as they were able to take the players to their destination with no problems. However, it did take 3:30 hours to get to the hotel.
It’s unlikely though that this will affect the Yankees, though it is pretty ironic considering this happened to them 3 times last year as well.
With the team plane on the IL, the Yankees injury list count is now at 14.
