For those of you who didn’t know... today is MLB Hall of Fame Election Day! Last year, Yankees closer (AKA the best closer of all-time) Mariano Rivera became the first player to ever be unanimously voted into the Hall. This year, his former teammate Yankees Captain Derek Jeter will look to join him in that elite club that is currently “The Mo club” since he is the only one having done it.
The results will be announced at 6ET on MLBN, but you can track the results here! Below, this will also give you everything you need to know about qualifying for the Hall of Fame.

If I had a ballot.. i would put Derek Jeter, Alfanso Soriano, Larry Walker, Andy Pettitte, Barry Bonds and Rodger Clemens.
I really hope Jeter gets in, because he was my favorite player as a little kid and is likely my all-time favorite player as well.
DEREK JETER!!
PS: Yes I vote for Bonds and Clemens, because even though they took PEDs, their careers were Hall of Fame worthy before that. I looked strictly at that!
