Dwight Howard has signed with the Lakers to replace Boogie. Nice insurance if your the Lakers. Let’s se what happens with him.
Caris Levert on his 25th birthday signed a 3 year $52.5 million extension with the Brooklyn Nets. Congrats Caris! Well deserved.
LUCK RETIRES:
At the age of 29, Colts QB Andrew Luck is shockingly retiring. Luck said he is mentally broken down and that the pain has “Taken the joy of the game” out of him. It’s really sad to see him go as he had such a good career ahead of him and had been doing a great job filling in for Peyton Manning in Indianapolis despite the fact that he didn’t deliver them a Super Bowl title. I loved watching him play and wish him nothing but the best in retirement. It was nice of the Colts to let him keep his $25 million sighing bonus and I really hope we see him around the game in retirement because he really is an amazing person. Thanks Andrew for everything! You deserve to be in the Hall of Fame when you have a chance. The things you did for the Colts franchise keeping them relevant every year really captivated me. Your amazing Andrew! Hope to see you around the NFL environment soon!
GIANTS: 3-0 (Preseason)
Daniel Jones was amazing again as Big Blue defeated the Bengals 25-23 to improve to 3-0 in preseason.
JETS: 1-2 (Preseason)
This team needs a kicker. They lost again this week to the Saints 18-13. Good things it’s only preseason!
