NBA BUBBLE DAY1: LAKERS OUTLAST CLIPS AND MORE!

The NBA has returned, and we had some exciting “Restart day” games, so let’s get into them!


LAKERS 103 CLIPPERS 101

Lebron put back the go-ahead bucket with 12 seconds remaining, as the Lakers moved to within one game of clinching the number 1 seed in the West, with there victory over their LA rivals in the Clippers.


JAZZ 106 PELICANS 104

Mike Conley and Donovan Mitchell scored 20 points apiece, as the Jazz defeated the Pelicans, who’s playoff hopes took a hit with this loss.

Utah is looking to outlast the Thunder for the 4 seed in the Western Conference at the end of the regular season.


MAGIC 128 NETS 118

Evan Fourier(24 points) and Nikolai Vucevic(22 points) duo’d up to lead the Magic past the injury-riddled Nets (Who have no KD, KYrie, Jordan, or Dinwidee), and jump them for the 7th seed in the East.


TRAILBLAZERS 140 GRIZZLIES 135 OT

In a battle of two playoff hopefuls, the Blazers bested the Grizzlies, and moved to within 2.5 games of Memphis for the 8th and final spot in the Western Conference.


SUNS 125 WIZARDS 112

Deandre Ayton and Devin Booker combined for 51 points, as the Suns defeated the Wizards to open play for them in Orlando.


BUCKS 119 CELTICS 112

Giannis showed no rust from the league lay-off as the reigning MVP and potential back to back MVP award winner, went off for 36 points, as the Bucks downed the Celtics.


SPURS 129 KINGS 120

In another battle of playoff hopefuls, as the Lamarcus Aldridge-less Spurs defeated the Kings.


ROCKETS 153 MAVERICKS 149 OT

Rockets rally from double-digit deficit to oust Mavs.
