LeBron week ended on Friday morning , as James announced that he was opting out of his contract with the Cleveland Cavilers. This comes as no surprise to anyone, as LeBron , was most likely going to do so, as he prepares to go the Lakers in free agency which starts July first. . Their is no hatred in Cleveland this time, like in 2010, as LeBron had already delivered on his promise to deliver his hometown Cleveland a championship back in 2016. LeBron also but Cavs basketball back on the map he lead them to 4 straight finals.
LeBron could still stay in Cleveland in free agency as he could resign with them, but its unlikely because he would be getting less money in his new contract, then if he would have opted in.
" PRESIDENT" KANTER OPTS IN:
Ennis Kanter opted in to his 18.6 million contract with the New York Knicks on Friday, in a presidential manner .
