2020 vs Bucs
RAVENS 3 BILLS 17;
The story of this game was the bills defense, who stepped up and stymied the surging Ravens Lamar Jackson led- attack, with no play bigger than a Jones pick-six, putting Buffalo up two scores. The win puts the Bills, in their first AFC championship game against Kansas City, since 1994 in a win against the Chiefs, in Arrowhead.
BUCS 30 SAINST 20:
In a battle of the legends, 43 year-old Tom Brady shocked the world by defeating 40-year-old by Drew Brees 30-20, to put the Tampa Bay Buccaneers into their first NFC Championship game since the 2003 season. The. Tampa bay defense has themselves a day, picking Bres off as part of a four turnover day, that led by Brady turned into four Bucs touchdowns.
Up next for Tom, who is headed to the semifinals for the 14th time where he is 9-4? Aaron Rodgers in Lambeau Field for the right to goto the Super Bowl.
CHIEFS 22 BROWNS 17:
It’s crazy, Once again, the playoffs arrived in Arrowhead, and for the second straight season in the divisional round, the team to beat was on its heels yet again. Last year, it was a 24-0 deficit against the Houston Texans, before the Kansas City woke up, outscoring their opponent 51-7 over the final three quarters, in an improbable win that they rode to a Super Bowl title.
Now a year later, they were doing the expected, leading an upstart Browns team 22-10, before their franchise star, their leader, and last seasons Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes got hit, and went down. Patrick would leave the game with a concussion, and you could feed it now as the game entered the fourth quarter, with the unknown Chad Hennie filling in at QB, and a seemingly slim 12 point lead.
It shrunk, when Baker Mayfield hit Jarvis Landry, for a Cleveland TD, and when Chad overthrew it for an INT, it seemed like a team that had never won a playoff game in their franchises existence, was about to head into the AFC Championship game, against the Buffalo Bills next week.
Facing 3rd and 14, Chad ripped off a 13.5 yard run to bring up a game-changing 4th and inches. What everyone, even Wizard Tony Romo was expecting, was a “fake play”, where KC would try to draw Cleveland offsides, call a timeout, and not risk anything with their backup QB. But nope, they ran a play, and it was a completed pass to Tyreke Hill inside the final two minutes, sealing the deal for the champions.
Now as for next week, whether it’s Mahomes(Probably) or Chad, Buffalo will need to bring their game, if they want to punch their ticket to the. Super Bowl, because the way this KC team has been playing over the last couple years, it doesn’t look like anything can stop them. Not even their superstar QB leaving the game, at a pivotal point in the teams quest for a repeat.
PREDICTION:
PACKERS VS CHIEFS SUPEER BOWL, BUT I WILL NOT BE SHOCKED IF BRADY WINS. I’M JUST STICKING TO MY BRACKET.
