STATE OF THE JETS.

The Jets are 1-5 now. It hasn’t gotten much better since opening night, as Sam Darnold came down with “Mono” that week and missed 3 games which were all losses, as Trevor Semien couldn’t even last a full game, leaving a 23-3 week 2 loss to the Browns with an ankle injury. 3rd-string QB Luke Faulk didn’t fair much better after that as more crushing losses , like 30-14 to the undefeated Patriots and 31-6 to the Eagles followed up after a week 3 bye dropping the Jets to 0-4. But then Darnold came back and ignited hope into the team, as they upset the Dallas Cowboys 24-22 in week 6 at MetLife stadium and headed into a “Monday Night Football” matchup with the Patriots riding high with confidence.

But then “Patriots 33 Jets 0 “ happened this past Monday (10/21) and here are the

Jets right back down to earth with a thud.

On the bright side though, it gets easier for Gang Green this week when they go up against the 3-4 Jaguars and there young QB Gardner Minshew in Jacksonville.
